Feng Shui Question please?
This is about images that are claimed to be good feng shui.
1. What are the most favourable images(photos or paintings) and ornaments to have around the house according to the practice of Feng Shui?
2. Why is it bad practice to display pictures or ornaments of dieties and angels in the bedroom?

fegnshui is more about what kind of energy exist in a space, and how you use the energy in that space. all spaces have energy… it is already given. you just need to use the fengshui methods to identify their nature. nobody can change the nature of these energies without major renovations, especially to the main door of the house (not bedroom). because nature/ fengshui is more powerful than man. so you cannot just put a painting to make a room have good fengshui.
so for example, your bedroom in a space where there is bad energy, then the more you use this room, the more your life will experience what kind of energy is in that location. and no painting can change or influence this. the succeeding question here is that why are you sometimes lucky and sometimes not… the answer is that incoming time has its own element/ energy too. when time come into present, it reacts and interacts with the energy in that space and it becomes your life. so in fengshui, it is possible to pinpoint and calculate for lucky dates and time.
for #2, actually it is okay to put these things in the house. the only problem is that faith and religion go against the energy of wealth/ health. it is a mystery. but i have tested this theory. and it really is true. the best thing to do is put all statues and pictures of dieties in a cabinet. when you like to worship, open the cabinet, when you are done just close it up.
the other question related to this is name 1 country, christianized by spain many years ago and is considered a first world country or a rich nation? i guess doing anything with dead people do just go against the energy of wealth and health, which is forward moving. i think it is like bringing dead things to the home.
fengshui is not a belief, it is not a religion and definitely not a philosophy. taoism might have adopted it in their practice, but fengshui is not a part of taoism. fengshui is just about a group of methods used to measure, calculate, analyze how our environment affects life, and we can backward engineer/ manipulate life by using fengshui in our houses. you do not need to be psychic to practice fengshui. it is actually just like math, anyone can learn it. the only problem these days is that most books published in english do not talk about fengshui methods, the authors just write about what their readers want to hear – a quick fix, which fengshui is not. the bagua method is not a fengshui method. though there are good authors like joey yap, eva wong, vince/ vincent koh. but most of their books just talks about the basic uses of the method, not the advance uses.
