Feng Shui Evil
Does aloe have any symbolism/superstition behind it?

This is a question for those who know a lot about Feng Shui or for those who know a lot about myths/legends. I have a big aloe plant on the step of my front porch and was just curious if an aloe plant has any kind of symbolism/superstition behind it. For example, painting your homes’ front door red is supposed to bring good luck, a gazing ball near your home is supposed to prevent evil spirits from entering your home, etc. I’m not into hocus-pocus stuff but I also like to know if something is supposed to bring good/bad luck. An aloe plant may not have ANY symbolism (other than having live plants around the home is a good thing) but I am just curious. Thanks!

The symbolism I know is Mexican, I believe. It is a major good luck plant. It’s also suppose to help prevent accidents in the home.
