
Do you think you have to believe in something in order for it to work?
Such as hypnotism, or feng shui, or meditation? I would like to try meditation and breathing exercises to relieve stress, but I am not sure if it will work. If I go into it with the attitude that it wont relieve my stress then it probably wont right? Or does it really work? I’ve also heard that you have to “believe” in hypnotism in order to ever be hypnotized… this would lead me to believe that hypnotism DOES NOT work at all (as it shouldn’t matter if you “believe” in it or not) Is any of this true? Has anyone out there ever been helped by meditation, feng shui, or hypnotism, but didn’t think it would work?
Also, I didn’t know what category to put my question in… I guess it would be spirituality .
