Or this just some excuse guys pull on girls to get them in bed?
My boyfriend complains that his balls ache sometimes and he needs “relief” otherwise it’s a real pain at work and what not..
Is this true?

I mean sure they CAN hurt, but it happens so rarely, trust me his probably aren’t hurting, it’s more mental than anything
